32 Monk Express Cruiser
Paladin, a 32′ Monk Express Cruiser, was designed by Ed Monk Sr. and built in Port Townsend, WA by George Forker. She’s powered by a 265HP Chrysler Crown 361 with only 700 hours and cruises at around 7-8 knots. Paladin is designed for safe and comfortable cruising in protected and coastal waters from the Puget Sound to Alaska.
Her hull and decks are fiberglass. The decks are easy to move around with good handholds. The aft deck is spacious and opens through a transom door to swim steps on the stern. Going forward into the cabin takes you into the well laid out Wheelhouse that has lots of windows for great visibility. For Navigation, Paladin has a Garmin GPS 440 Chart Plotter, Hummingbird Matrix 12 Fishfinder/Depthsounder and a West Marine 550 VHF.
Down through a privacy door a few steps takes you into the main Cabin area with the Head to port and the Galley to starboard with a stove and oven, sink, icebox and lots of storage. There is a large booth in the salon that easily converts to a double berth. Going forward from the Salon takes you past a closet to a roomy V-berth. To keep warm onboard there is a ZeroStart 100 Engine Hot Water Radiator.
The boat is solid, well laid out and has everything you need to go cruising! She would also make a great live-aboard.
