1974 Columbia Mkii, completely refurbished and rebuilt in 2014. Over $160K spent – new everything except hull, Mast, Engine. Full Survey in 2014, Market value $85,000 (currently insured for this), replacement value $185,000 All hull core damage repaired every through hull fitting fully sealed with epoxy before re-boring. Keel sealed and remounted. Decks lifted and core replaced. Engine removed, stripped and overhauled. Hull, mast, boom and decks sealed and painted. All hardware properly installed to prevent decks leaking or getting wet.
