Even the Car's tall rig couldn't find much wind.

It was a beautiful day on the water! What could have been a frustrating or even downright agonizing Foul Weather Bluff Race on Saturday turned out to show a great day. Even though the wind never got about about 2 knots, the Edmonds YC race committee did all the right things, they got the starts off, set a shortened course and then finished us at the halfway point.

What made it especially great was the fun interaction between the racers – it was more cooperative and friendly than I’ve seen in a long time.

Congratulations to the RC and to everyone who came out!
