New CEO at Fraser Yachts

Fraser Yachts, the world’s largest luxury yacht charter-service provider with over 150 employees in 15 offices around the globe, has appointed a new CEO, Raphael Sauleau. He joined the group on April 4th, at the company’s headquarters in Monaco. Fraser Yachts is located at the Salmon Bay Marine Center in Seattle.

Raphael SauleauMr. Sauleau worked for fifteen years at VShips as the Executive Director of Crew Operations and later of the Cargo Division in Monaco where he led 60 shore staff and 6,500 crew members. At the end of 2013 he left VShips to become the CEO of a family office for an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) in Monaco where he operated a number of properties for the Parkview Private Collection in St. Tropez, Monaco, London, and Beijing, as well as several yachts including the megayacht Saluzi.

The Executive Chairman of Fraser Yachts Robert Giorgi added, “Having worked with Raphael for many years, I have always appreciated his work commitment, creative attitude, team spirit, ethics, and passion. My goal will be to coach, guide, and mentor Raphael during 2016 and ensure that he continues to develop the new strategies for the company that I have been working on with the Board of Directors for the last 18 months.”

Mr. Giorgi will continue his role as Chairman and dedicate more time to strengthening the management team further and focusing on yacht industry issues.
