2019 66′ Belize Sedan

Currently owned by a seasoned and knowledgeable yachtsman, this 2019 66’ Belize Sedan Valencia boasts all the bells and whistles traditionally associated with a marquee Belize model, plus many thoughtful updates and upgrades.

Powered by a pair of Volvo Penta IPS 1350 engines, the yacht is outfitted with a Seakeeper 16 for almost complete roll reduction in even the heaviest of seas; the Volvo configuration also allows the Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) to aid in location hold, auto trim, and Volvo joystick steering, and also features multiple joysticks for ease of docking.

Stepping aboard the generous teak swim platform, you’ll discover two-thirds of the platform can be lowered below the waterline to make it easier to retrieve and launch the included 2020 Williams 345 SuperJet tender without getting your feet wet. The split-design also comes in handy for new paddlers, when hopping onto stand-up paddleboards or into kayaks, and younger children, who are new to the water. Thankfully, gymnastics aren’t required to get back onboard after a swim either, as the stainless steel swim ladder extends deep and wide from a locker on the starboard side. A pull-out hot and cold shower is also set into the aft quarter.

Wide teak steps lead up to the aft cockpit from either side of the tender garage. Spacious and well suited to entertaining with a foldout teak table, here there is plenty of room for guests to mingle and munch on fare prepared on the built-in barbecue, located portside along with a drawer fridge and an icemaker. Sunlovers are sure to gravitate from there to the foredeck when the Belize 66 is at anchor. A space-saving pantograph door provides excellent access from the salon to the portside deck and going forward you’ll notice the bulwark is raised to ensure more comfortable side access and drier passage-making. The sun deck is the very definition of fun, with a large sunken U-shape lounge and a central dinette table that can be lowered to create a day bed of royal proportions.

A sliding glass door allows for entry to the salon and a large awning window opens to connect the aft cockpit to the galley. In the galley, the minimalist, Euro-inspired cabinetry is accented by Caesarstone countertops and Miele appliances that include a combination microwave convection oven, 3-burner induction cooktop with range hood, and a fully integrated dishwasher. Moving forward and one step up from the galley is the lounge and dining area to starboard. These areas can also transform into the perfect media space at the press of a button that raises a 55” Smart TV from behind the helm.

Sedan owners can take command in the spectacular central helm station. The captain’s chair faces a timber accented sports wheel and expansive dashboard with comprehensive navigation systems and controls. On the starboard arm of the helm seat, the Volvo IPS joystick puts steering and slow speed maneuverability at your fingertips. Two companion seats allow partners and guests to enjoy the helm and there’s easy walk-through access with standing room to port.

Below decks, the Valencia boasts the “Grand Presidential” layout with three staterooms, including a huge aft owner’s suite that can boats a full beam head. Two additional heads, plus a stacked washer/dryer, wine cooler, a combination desk/vanity, and twin beds that can be converted into a double bed help all round out the amenities of the lower layout.

Other key features of this vessel include: A Sea Recovery Aquamatic 700gal/day water maker, a set of spare props; custom engine room storage in a powder coated frame; Mediterranean bow seating; Kahlenburg horns; 29kw Onan generator; life raft; and a Webasto tinted sunroof to provide shade on those balmy July afternoons.
