In the interest of sharing the variety of options available with parents and kids, 13 youth boating programs came together, with the help of 48° North and SeattleBoatShow.com for the first ever Youth Sailing Open House at Sail Sand Point on Saturday April 19th. Information about each of the participating programs is featured on the Youth Sailing Open House Facebook page www.facebook.com/YouthSailingOpenHouse.

Kim Lorio of Sail Sand Point said “I personally felt that there was a great camaraderie between the organizations present. It was a good opportunity for the programs to meet each other face to face and ask questions about what each place offers. It was a lot of rain and a lot of fun!”
